The problem

The details that make a relationship feel considered — what someone is allergic to, the book they mentioned once, the anniversary of something hard — are exactly the details that fall out of your head. Notes apps are where they go to be forgotten: flat, unsearchable, and structured for you rather than for the person.

Why it exists

I wanted a place where knowing someone accumulates rather than resets. Every observation should make the next suggestion better, and the system should be able to answer questions like "what should I plan for her birthday" using everything it has learned — not just what I remembered to write down that week.

How I solved it

Each person is a living document rather than a folder of notes. New observations are folded into a structured profile instead of appended to a list, so the knowledge base stays coherent as it grows. Convex handles reactive state so the profile updates everywhere the moment it changes, and Claude reads the accumulated profile to plan activities and surface reminders in context.
